Expose IsSignal through RigidBody2D

Box2d has the concept of a signal on a body. This effectively triggers collision detection events but does not stop the 2 bodies from intersecting.

Unity has this concept as well for collisions called triggering.

As this functionality is already baked into the physics engine, could you please expose it on the RidigBody2D class
