Add Buffer-based audio controls

I have to control the audio buffer at a low level.
But it does not support.
In using the Unity3D PCMReaderCallback delegate of AudioClip is possible buffer control.
It was also impressed how NAudio.
In my opinion, a delegate / event seems to be better than the control using inheritance.
